"Where Were You Last Night" as written by Tim Arnold Norell, Ola Hakansson and Alexander Bengt Magnus Bard....
Still
Spinning 'round in my head
How I regret everything that I said
Why did I tell you to go?
Saving my pride but losing my soul

I'm here all alone
Still wait by the phone
The hours go by
What else could I do but to cry

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I beg, and I cry
I keep asking why
Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

Lost
In the dark and my fears
If only you saw the tracks of my tears
I think I'm losing my mind
Where did you go, and what did you find?

I'm here all alone
Still wait by the phone
The hours go by
What else could I do but to cry?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I beg, and I cry
I keep asking why
Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I beg, and I cry
I keep asking why
Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

I'm here all alone
Still wait by the phone
The hours go by
What else could I do but to cry?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I beg, and I cry
I keep asking why
Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

I beg, and I cry
I keep asking why
Where were you last night?
Where were you last night?

I call, and I call
Just to make things right
Have I lost the fight?
Where were you last night?

General Commentooo i get to be the first....this is an awsome song...its sounds so eighties....love love love it....
i think its about someone who did something wrong go their lover/partner and now wants to make it right...she's called him but there was no answer and now she is afraid that he has left her for someone else and wondering where it was that he went

General Comment....Tis a cover of the 80's song by Swede Ankie Bagger....I must say that I prefer this version: the tempo's a bit faster and it's more....anthemic, I suppose....

General CommentThis version is very good, but I'm also very partial to all the covers done by Nightwish. I really do like the feel of this one though.

General CommentDamn but I love this song. Agreed with Alosel--feels a little like Bon Jovi, especially the harmonies during the chorus.

    General CommentYeah I know

Can't stand 80's music... in my opinion the only good that came out of that decade was Metallica, Megadeth, and Iron Maiden (yeah I'm a metalhead)
