"Revelation Song" as written by Marc Edwin Allen, Nathan Barcalow, Derek Doherty, Alejandro M. Linares and Randy Strohmeyer....
Feel like a riddle today.
Glamor is in and I must say that you are barely okay.
Meanwhile I fight for reason.
Glamor in hand to defend, this my only body stance.

Take a look around,
Everything in turn will come down.
Don't depend on these broken promises,
They won't hear a sound.

Last chance to find the way out.
We only drive till sun down, these are the stick in the mud
I solved a riddle today.
Glamor is in and I must say that none of us are okay.

Take a look around,
Everything in turn will come down.
Don't depend on these broken promises,
They won't hear a sound.

We plant the seed
To grow the tree,
But save the fruit for the family.
Evolution turns another bloody hand,
Certainly that cannot stand.
Match sticks start the fire, but we point the blame,
And through the trees I scream your name.

Take a look around,
Everything in turn will come down.
Don't depend on these broken promises,
They won't hear a sound.
They won't hear a sound...

General Commenti always feel like there is a certain amount of desperation in this song.. like nate is in one of those negative moods where it feels like everything you work for seems so shortlived and pointless in the end.. and you know you need to do something to change that, but it's the knowing how, which is the problem.
i love it when nate screams the last part of
"through the trees i scream your name", but then again, i love it whenever nate screams..

General Commentsome of these lyrics are a bit wrong...
    here are the actual lyrics

    Feel like a riddle today?
Glamorous - and i must say
    that you are barely ok
    Meanwhile i fight for reason
clamor in hand to defend this
    my only body stands

    Take a look around
Everything - in turn - will come down
Don't depend on this - broken promises
    They won't hear a sound

Last chance to find the way out
    Rearrange life 'till sundown
Fears of a stick in the mud
    I solved the riddle today
    Glamorous and i must say
That none of us are ok

Plant the seed, to grow the tree
But save room for the family
    Evolution turns another ugly hand
    Suddenly man cannot stand
    Matchstick starts the fire
    Pinpoint the blame
Through the trees i scream your name
    (screams)

General Commenti may be way off on this, but to me, i think that figuratively speaking, there's something that's not right in Nate's life and he figures out that it's because of a certain person. So he decides to take matters into his own hands and he goes after the person who's creating problems for him.
