"Insomnia" as written by Ryan Campbell and Amy Wadge....
And I will not,
Grow tired,
Of crayon stars and fire.

The sunlight,
Has punctured tiny holes,
Of light.

I closed my eyes,
I held my breath,
I prayed for life,
And gasped for oxygen,
It wasn't there.

I couldn't see,
I prayed for light,
To scare the shadow out of me,
I couldn't sleep.

General CommentOh, the darkened mind, how it never does rest.
This is one of my all time favorite songs. His voice is so melodic and soothing, it's absolutely hypnotic to me.
