"NO." as written by and John William Callis....
Verse 1:

Mommy mommy can I climb all the trees in the park

Mamma mamma can I stay out till late in the dark

Mamma mamma don’t overprotect me now

I just wanna have some fun at night

Chorus:

But I can hear you say…

NO! because I’m not old enough

NO! because I’ve been told enough

NO! because I should listen to my pa

Verse 2:

What’s wrong with the kids from the wrong end of town

They’re my friends ‘cause they always want me around

Hey mother don’t underestimate them now

Were gonna have fun when the sun goes down

Chorus:

But I can hear you say…

NO! because I’m not old enough

NO! because I’ve been told enough

NO! because I should listen to my pa

Instrumental.

Verse 3:

Hey baby shall we go for a stroll in the park

Hey baby shall we stay out ‘till late in the dark

Hey baby if you overreact to me now

Then we could really have some fun tonight

Chorus:

But I can hear you say…

NO! because I’m not old enough

NO! because I’ve been told enough

NO! because I always listen to my pa

NO! because I’m not old enough

NO! because I’ve been told enough

NO! because I should listen to my ma

General CommentWell basically there's this kid and he keeps wanting to do stuff and his mother's all 'no', and he keeps listening to her, then later he's talking to some chick he likes, and she's all 'no, on account of you're younger than me and you always listen to you're mother'. and he's all 'damn.'
