    General CommentMay '68 was the name of the greatest strike ever, lasting two weeks and completely stopping the french economy in that small timeframe. The striker's/protestors hated consumerism/capitalist imperialism, felt they "as humans" were being tossed into the capitalist machine, reduced to complacent consumers.
    To really understand the '68 movement, read The Society of the Spectacle by Guy Debord.

    Does there even have to be meaning in a song, i mean, music is something emotional, meaning is a thought.
