"Dont steal our sun" as written by Ben Carrigan, Conor Deasy, Kevin Horan, Padraic Garrett Mcmahon and Daniel Patrick Ryan....
So you've paid your dues
Those Elvis frauds, how they'll applaud
Farewell my friends
So in your rock'n'roll
And pretty soon those pretty girls
Will find your home

We'll pay you handsomely (But you see)
Don't steal our sun
Don't steal our sun
(You're just killing fun)

I said you felt so good
Well I'm amazed
Hey what a show

I heard you're dating Sue (yeah your welcome to)
I'd love to talk
But don't we know
That don't ring true

We'll pay you handsomely (But you see)
Don't steal our sun
Don't steal our sun
(You're just killing fun)

    General CommentNot sure but...

I reckon this song is about a person whos broke up with someone and not really got over them and seeing her being taken away is like stealing the sun.

"I heard you're dating Sue (yeah your welcome to)
    I'd love to talk
    But don't we know
    That don't ring true"

    Like bitter but sang sweet

General CommentPure pop candy. It might have something to do with having early sucess in the music business and balancing having tremendous success with staying true to your original goals. Or not.

General CommentIt's "We're enemies, and bitter foes." Not "Well, I'm amazed..."

General Commentthis song is really different than the sound it gives off. sounds like another band kinda shunned them out of their success or maybe that other band was "sellouts" (i use that term lightly, i dont really believe in selling out really.
