would you be my enemy?
it's easier that way
be my enemy

if you don't like what you hear
at least get something out of it
come back to mine
we'll be separated
oh we'll be
living faster than I care to notice
care to notice me

would you be my enemy?
it's easier that way
be my enemy
would you be my enemy?
it's easier that way
be my enemy

it's easier that way
it's easier that way

you could turn to laugh in my face
or contest there's not a place for it
you don't care
you don't care
didn't push those buttons right
this darkness seems so bright now

i cannot contain myself
would you be my enemy?
it's easier that way
be my enemy
would you be my enemy?
it's easier that way
be my enemy

it's easier that way
it's easier that way

General Commentmy favourite departure song, "would you be my enemy, it's easier that way" that sort of reminds me of when you want someone bad but you can't have them.. it hurts to be around them because you're constantly reminded of what you can't have.. so in the end its easier just not to be around them or for them to "be your enemy' i'm not sure if thats anything to do with the song or even if that made any sense, but thats what i think of when i hear this song..

General Commentyeah, i think it's like you have mixed feelings about someone. and possibly because they are confusing you and giving you the wrong impression, and you just want them to make up their mind.

    people can be so frustrating.
