"Ewan" as written by and Johan Duncanson....
You've spent some time in the morning sun
But what goes up must come down

And you can feel the sunshine fading
And it's too soon but you're stuck waiting

It's painful cause you just won't let go
One mouthful and you want more

When you've felt so fine you just can't fake it
When nothing comes you catch and break it

General Commentit means the world to me. my favorite song of all time. a great wall of passion.

it reminds me that anything is possible. it's about wanting something so much and you doing everything to get it. and even if you get disappointed over and over again, you still have hope. this song is hope.

whenever i listen to it, i feel that i am in aeroplane, finally leaving this city, finally going towards the place i long for the most.

My InterpretationI think that it means that you've enjoyed some good times (possibly with a person or could mean something else there), but whatever is good doesn't last. I think it's about something good being taken away from him sooner than he wanted, and so he has to deal with the shock of the loss and the fact that he wants more of whatever he had.
