I love the lyrics of song, it sends shivers down my spine when I listen to it. The visual lyrics help to do that. I think the lyrics are pretty self explanatory, A man takes up drugs and screws up his life because of it, and towards the end of the song he is starting to recover but then hits the drink again, and falls into drugs again.

And yeah whole song is pretty obvious what it is about. Similar story song by Pressure would be 'Stopping All Stations'. Different story but conveys a strong message.
