I look up at the sky
She is there tonight
She left you behind
And it wasn't right.

You always seem to laugh in the rain
But peace can't find your mind
And there's a blank white canvas
Empty as a pocket hiding behind your eyes.

So this boat has run away, out of control
Moving to the edge for the fall of your soul
When you run with the river, you'll come to the place
Where your water falls down

You look up at the sky
You can see her there tonight
The rain falls from your eyes
As you wonder why

These words that trouble you come
When they tell you it will be all right
But a part of you is broken now
And you can see through those lies

So this boat has run away, out of control
Moving to the edge for the fall of your soul
When you run with the river, you'll come to the place
Where your water falls down

General CommentThis song rocks. written by dan!! it's so nice...the guy is writing about his friend who's going through this hard time. & he's kind of saying that you have to just go with all the twists and turns in life, and you'll reach peace.
