I'm gonna make this short and sweet
I'm gonna let my heart speak
I've been so mad cause he treats you bad
But thats not what I would do

'Cause I'd kill for you
I'd do these things that I know he wouldn't do
I write these words and I want the truth
Why can't I be with you
Why can't I be the guy for you

He breaks your heart and tells you lies
Why do girls always fall for these guys
He never bothers to listen to you
But thats not what I would do

I'd kill for you
I'd do these thing that I know he wouldn't do
I write these words and I want the truth
Why can't I be with you
Why can't I be the guy for you

Why can't I be the guy for you...

I'd kill for you
I'd do these things that I know he wouldn't do
I write these words and I want the truth
Why can't I be with you

I'd kill for you (I'd kill for you I'd kill for you)
I'd do these things that I know he wouldn't do
I write these words and I want the truth (I cry for you I cry for you)
Why can't I be with you
Why can't I be the guy for you

General CommentI LOVE THIS SONG. I can't even believe they have this song on here. Everytime I see them I BEG Andy to play this and he always just laughs at me... because who the hell remember this song?! It's a Fizzlewink song- yes, Fizzlewink. That was the name of their band BEFORE The Getaway, BEFORE Matchbook Romance. This song is seriously- 5 years old. i have this crazy sampler from years ago with this song on it- it's amazing. You could tell even then that these boys were going places. I
