i sit on the bed, and my heart caves in.
well you looked at me, like an endless sky.
and we'll take the time to explore the depths of our humanity, our anatomy.

and im letting you see.
a part of me.
that no one else, gets to see.
not even me.

so we drain our mouths,
and we all fall down,
when your eyes touch the sky,
ill be on the ground.
ill leave it open,
but hold my arms down tight,
so ill dismantle and reconfigure life.

stand while we die.
branch out our lives.
and we all fall down.

if it feels different, ill let you know.
but its always my fear-
that the words wont get here.
ive been singing these lines,
after all their right.
and its always my fear-
at the end of the year;
with my hands by my side,
and my eyes,
to the sky.
