"Curses" as written by and Matthew/james Tuck....
We've waited far too long to,
Watch it all crash and fall through
So when you feel like shit you've gotta
Keep on pushing
If you saw the world through my eyes
Then you wouldn't feel so high rise
It's time to take our chance,
You've gotta sit, back, and, hold tight

There's Forces working in our heads
But we don't understand them
I need a map to find my way out all the time
There's Curses Lurking in our heads
But we don't want to find them
We need to come back down and face what we've become

We've become

The more I think
The more I wish I would stop, and hit rewind
What I would give to have or take back then,
When no-one really cares
I remember when we all used to
Kick back, and take days off school

So many times I'd smile
Many times I've cried,
But never did we try
Never did we try

There's Forces working in our heads
But we don't understand them
I need a map to find my way out all the time
There's Curses Lurking in our heads
But we don't want to find them
We need to come back down and face what we've become

Its haunting me I'm so alone
I just want to find my way back home
I'm so alone

There's Forces working in our heads
But we don't understand them
I need a map to find my way out all the time
There's Curses Lurking in our heads
But we don't want to find them
We need to come back down and face what we've become

General Commenti think this song is about our own personal "devils"
hes reflecting on how hes changed and hes become someone he doesnt want to be.
and now he needs to face that.
hes confused about everything and he wishes he could turn back time and make things right. but he realises he cant.

    General CommentBrilliant!

This song show's B4MV slightly more softer and thoughtful side.

I think it's about growing up, life, and changing, possibly into something you didn't neccesarily want to change into. Certainly with me leaving school about a year ago, and seeing how yourself and other people change, it's certainly something I can relate to...

Got the mini album, just waiting for the full album now

They're on the main stage at Leeds as well...Fuck yeah, can't wait!!

General CommentGod give me a break.

Since when did Fundies listen to metal?

    Strange indeed....
What's next, Metallica singing about Buddha?
    Iron Maiden and Krishna?

Give a steaming pit of brimstone any day, what can I say, I like the idea of fire.

    Song Meaning
this is the true meaning of an in your,e face.the way it should be metal ballad, when i heard this song for the first time. i was fucking!!! floored!!! it has opened so many B.F.M.V. doors i have driven myself mad with obsession over these maniac metal driving monsters,
Never in my life have i ever felt so connected to a band such as this and i have been a metal head since the 80's, So just remember when and if you tour in the Seattle Washington area .You will see me in the front with my B.F.M.V tattoos and my blood sweat & tears poring into whatever it is. you are playing, and just remember i,ll BLEED,IF,YOU,WANT ME TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

General CommentJust because BMFV are not a christian band doesn't mean that people can't view their lyrics in a spiritual way, yeah that's probably not what they mean but who really cares every person is entitled to their opinion. I am a christian and all i listen to is Metal and Rock and there's nothing wrong with that, i love it :)

General Commentawesome song, i dont get the 'There’s forces working in our heads but we don’t understand them' but i think the song is about how life changed and how people change and how one relationship with some1 (probably gf) changed in a bad way

General CommentThis song is awesome. It's about how the Devil brings us down and tempts us. The "forces working in our heads" is the devil tempting us. But a lot of the time we don't want to face up to what we've been seduced into doing, we're too ashamed of it, or we don't want to admit it's wrong. But it also says that we need to face up to what we're doing and beat the hell outta the devil by the power of Jesus Christ, with the Father and the Holy Spirit. God give us freedom!
