I'll be a killer whale,
when I grow up, I'll be a vulture
I’ll be an animal, A carnivore,
I’ll be a monster
Clenching my jagged jaws
Over the captured
I’ll be a killer whale when I grow up

I’ll be a tidal wave when I grow up
Crashing on harbors
I’ll be a temperamental element
A raging water
I’ll be a perfect storm swallowing over
I’ll be a killer whale
When I grow up, I’ll be a monster

I’ll be a hurricane when I grow up
An ugly thunder
I’ll be a forest fire about to flood
Over an empire
I’ll be an avalanche chewing it's raptured
I'll be a killer whale
When I grow up I’ll be a MONSTER

I’ll be a killer whale

General CommentThe metaphors in the first verse: "ill be a killer whale", "ill be a vulture", "ill be a monster" All use vicious animal features that are powerful or perhaps destructive.
The next few quotes use destructive elements: such as
    "ill be a tidal wave…”
    ”I’ll be a perfect storm…”
    “I’ll be a hurricane…”
    ”I’ll be a forest fire…”
    ”I’ll be an avalanche…”
These are also very powerful. The speaker uses the variety of metaphors that he does because of their connotations. His metaphors use animals that
cant be caged, and elements that cant be stopped. This shows that he the speaker does not want to be affected or subjected to any outside forces. He wants to be powerful.

General CommentThis song has many different themes to it, to whom ever listens to it. One could be a concept of growth of the human race, an idea of what people think when they justify things to themselves. Perhaps it is about someone who has been teased or bullied and they want to get revenge at whoever has been mean to them. Or if you want to just choose the most obvious theme to it, without looking any closer to the song. You could say that it is about baby whales wanting to be big killer whales

General CommentSo he hasn't grown up? And what he does he does not seem to be sure what he will be so he says he'll be these things

General Commentwow my message almost made no sense. What I was trying to say is that he sings these things he think he might be or maybe he is going to choose one of those things to be
