All this for nothing,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Praying and hoping,
Fooling yourself,
You know that you can give love a reason,
Give love a chance,

We tumble and fall,
Together we crawl,
Forever will be..
Tumble and fall.

Heaven's above us..
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Living in solace,
I give you it all, just for a day,
Just for a second,
Just for the way,

We tumble and fall,
Together we crawl,
Forever will be..
Tumble and fall.

Lifes not the same,
Since that day you went away, I recall,
Like the drops of summer rain that fell on me,
Come back to me,
Come back to me,

Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,

We tumble and fall,
Together we crawl,
Forever will be..
Tumble and fall.

Together we crawl,
Forever will be..
Tumble and fall.

Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,

There is more to songs than just volume and noise. Insomnia wasn't that good. It's a comfort to know that a band who can do such loud and thrilling songs can also do less heavy, more melodic ones, and don't just rely on noise.

Good song, but i think feeder could do much better. Plus he says 'yeah' too many times.

Dunno if i nailed the lyrics though.

We tumble and fall, Together We Crawl, Forever will be.. Tumble and Fall.

That lyric is just lazy, makes no sense at all.

The lyrics are simple, but not lazy. He's talking about ups and downs in life in the chorus he is basically saying we'll fall down, but we'll be together, and forever we will fall down and forever we will be together

Feeder R.I.P As a fan from the beggining, i wish they'd have quit when they were ahead of the game. The last 2 albums have just been pure rubbish, to heavily influenced by bands they arent! Bring back songs like Sweet 16 or Insomnia!!

they need to go back to their original sound... and this album probably did get too whiny... but... comfort in sound needed to be made.. if a band can have a member kill themself then go straight into an album that was just the same... then theres something wrong with the band

as for the song... neverending pain and failure imo

Have to agree with louis, if your looking for a lively fun band with less importance on lyrics feeder is not your band. while i enjoy there early stuff i dont associate with who they are now because there two different bands.

but back to the song, i chose to interprut this song completely differently to everyone else, but let me know what you think. And hopefully this will clear up the meaning for tommyhaych.

Tumble and fall isn't just what he's going through, its him and jon, he's tumble and jon is fall, nicknames if you will. you can take most of the versus for face value but "We tumble and fall, Together We Crawl, Forever will be.. Tumble and Fall." we grant and jon, we grew up together but forever we will be known grant and jon, tumble and fall.

as well as the struggling overtones which permiate the verse which obviously relate to grants struggle. But this interpretation brought new meaning to the song for me, hope itll do the same for you

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
