"Hokis" as written by Max Collins, Tony Fagenson and Jon Siebels....
Turn turn the radio low,
I've got to talk to you,
Turn turn the radio low
Got a half Armenian girlfriend

She tests me like a scantron
She'll only tell me what's wrong
If she's hit the bong ba bong bong
Feeling melodramatic and spastic

She ain't made of West Coast plastic,
I lie awake with an aching,
Is it all in my head like she said
I'm in love with the sounds

That you make and the ground that you walk on
I'm running after you, I'm in love with the way
That you're making me wait
I just want to be catching up to you

Got a half Armenian girlfriend
She's hotter than I am handsom,
She'll fuck you up and then some,
She'll rock the boat to Bedlam

General Comment"She tests me like a scantron" has to be the worst lyric, like, ever.

Other than that, pretty groovy song.

General CommentSounds like this song's just about how this guy is having difficulty (sexually) keeping up with his girlfriend, coz she's this really hot, confident Armenian chick.

And there's nothing wrong with the lyrics 'She tests me like a scantron'!

    What is a scantron, anyway?

General CommentA scantron is a form of test, it's a thin rectangular sheet, usually with green markings with questions 1-50 and 50-100 on each side, just the number and letters A-E in rectangles. The sheets are scanned through a machine with the answers (A-E) put in, and it grades the paper, much more time-saving than hand-grading. The lyric is probably in reference to how difficult it is his for Max, since you can't really bullshit past a machine. It's right or wrong, no middle-ground.

General CommentThe song's not funny, but I laughed the first time I heard it because of the scantron lyric.

General Commenti love the line 'She'll only tell me what's wrong
When she's hit the bong b-bong bong'
