"Sanction Smith" as written by and Neil M/herrema Hagerty....
Errr, crash!

Well I'm a truck world master
We're going fast
I got your number in my pocket
Keep a dead locket
Rev those wheels
To know how it feels to get smashed

Well I'm a truck world master
We're going fast
I got your number in my pocket
Keep a dead locket
And our time's the same
And all I can say is
Hey hey hey
Hey hey hey

Well I'm a truck world master
We're going fast
I got your number in my pocket
Keep a dead locket
Rev those wheels
To know how it feels to get smashed!

General Commenti've always thought the lyric was:

    "When I'm in trouble, master
    for goin' too fast
I got your number in my pocket..."

which makes sense i think, and i can clearly hear "trouble", not "truck world".

as far as the meaning goes: sounds like someone's getting a speeding ticket.
