Kickin it with your friends and a 40 oz.
Always have fun that was no doubt
Now you've moved along and you've got a new trend
Criticizing all our ways denying your old friends

Your big ass mouth out weighs your brain
You're only talking shit cause you couldn't hang
For all the time around there was nothing learned
Just cause you burnt out doesn't mean our fire doesn't still burn
We still fucking give a shit
About what we worked for and what it meant
We still fucking give a shit
About who we are and still represent
It ain't over

Maybe you're right things will never change
But I'd rather die trying than being just the same
This is our way of life, one you chose not to live
Punk isn't what died it's your spirit that did

You say the good times are gone and that we won't last
But you don't make a future looking to the past
But I guess when you get jaded it's easy to forget
Well I'm still pissed as ever and it ain't over yet!

General CommentIt means that you and all your friends once had a friend who was into what you were into, but they changed their ways and now they're criticizing you for what you like and believe in. They're saying the scene isn't over for them or anyone who stills believes in it. You have to stand up for what you believe in until the end.
