I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

OK i am like definitely not the type of person that would be considered an Eminem fan, but his lyrics are so easy to relate to when your down and depressed, i like this song not necessarily becoz i generally get into gunfights but becoz the music and lyrics just sought of take over your soul and you see the action happening right infront of your eyes if you're trying hard enough and for that short while you forget your own problems and just feel the beat of the music pumping with your heart, which i guess makes me sound a little crazy.
