General one seems to get that this song, as well as the movie, is a SATIRE!! Just like how South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut was a satire about how parental groups blame everyone but themselves for their children's behavior. Team America was a satire about how American patriotism had went too far after the fall of the World Trade Center.'s still a funny ass song

My InterpretationThis song is obviously about the singer's struggles heroin and addiction. America is used to symbolize something that sounds good, but most people who are actually in on it realize it's wrong. The various things listed off are things that people have struggles with both literally and symbolically when they are addicted, an example being slavery, you feel as though you are a slave of addiction. The reference to immigrants is made to show that the user tends to get his product from an over the boarder source. Truly a deep and meaningful song if you actually take the time to listen to it.
