My neighbor next door is the Crazy Lady
The voices in her head make her unsteady
Her schizophrenia and paranoia
Make her think we're out to destroy her

She gets worked up and yells all day
She swears to God that she'll make us pay
She thinks that we are plotting and reading her mail
And tapping her phones just to throw her in jail

Crazy Lady, you think that maybe
You could stay in your own back yard
I know the voices won't give your any choices
But you're making my life really hard

She threatened my mom at our front door
She called her a bitch and a fucking whore
She yelled "Merry Christmas! It's time to fight."
But my mom slammed the door and said "Goodnight."

This just seemed to tick her off even more
Now my family is her target in a personal war
One day she even tried to call the cops
And tell them that I hit her with a flowerpot

I have no problem with the Crazy Lady
I guess I could get pissed off maybe
But I refuse to get mad and irate
I don't want things to have to escalate

She already poisoned one of my cats
I don't want to have to die like that
I'll just let her and her voices be
I don't want the Crazy Lady coming after me
