Man we're living in a dangerous time
Every nation to the father seeks a sign
You're either righteous or the heathen infidel
It's only judgment morning every tongue will tell
Rumours rumours everywhere
Times like this when people care
We got to stand up deal with this fight
We cannot stop till this world is right

To the sky for your deliverance draws near
Bringing the force of love to make hate disappear

Yer, I know we'll be together, yes I know we love each other
Yer, I know we'll be together, yes I know we love each other

Hold your corner straight and faith
Teach the yoot to stand up in their face
Put your armour on each day
Watch your back and what you say
Stuck in the middle of the armageddeon
So much fear and contention
Now it'd time to shine your light
Hope and pray that we can unite

To the sky for your deliverance draws near
Bring the force of love to make hate disappear

Yer, I know we'll be together, yes I know we love each other
Yer, I know we'll be together, yes I know we love each other

General CommentYea dude, this song is cool, lyrics tune and everything. It was the very first Skindred track i ever heard back in the day and has remained my favourite.
Think you're pretty much right on the meaning, which is basically the world is screwed up but just be cool to each other and at least some part of the world isn't fignting amongst themselves.

    Take it easy

I think this line tells pretty much what this song is about

one of those "make love, not war" lyrics

    Skindred rules!

General CommentWell, well... interesting song... here's something a little more interesting... If we are the generation who knows how to operate the technology the best, if we are the generation who fuels the economy with our purchases, then are we not the generation that could easily end much of the worlds problems. I mean relationship drama (in all forms) is proven to be enough to keep anyone busy... why all the rest of the drama? Like athletes why don't we let different athletes play each year? Then they can take breaks and they won't ruin their bodies or take steroids because there will be no need. And crime, if we just helped clean things up no problem... And if all the youths got together and decided domestic abuse/ emotional abuse is no longer acceptable could we not pit ourselves against our parents... Just think if all the youths banded together and embarassed their parents in an auditorium, the secret would be out and then could they really keep it up? Oh, just think of the possibilities... the internet is vast... if only we could unite... we are educated enough as to where we could solve a great deal of social problems that would in turn lead to other things being solved... If enough youths got together and really did their homework we could basically say, "hey whoa here, not gonna happen." No?

General CommentPerhaps they did have a good idea in the '60's but they were lacking the technology.

General CommentI think this song has to do with war and society, about how we have to love one another and stick together, because their are far worse things out their than your neighbour
