"Saturday" as written by Brian Howes, Tom Mac Donald, Chris Crippin, Dave Rosin and Jacob Hoggard....
Believe me, it's easy to scream when you're dreaming
And wonder what's under your bed
When you're sleeping they take you
They make you forget what you're needing
But hey, it's just another Saturday
It's only just another Saturday

I love you
I need you like the thousand times before
Wonder why I hate you but I'll scream and ask for more
I'm standing
I'm knocking
But you won't open the door
If I feel then I need
If I love then I'm free

Believe me it's easy to read between the lines
When mommy says sorry over a thousand times
You're tied up
You're cried up
You need a break from here
But hey, it's just another Saturday
It's only just another Saturday

I love you
I need you like the thousand times before
Wonder why I hate you but I'll scream and ask for more
I'm standing
I'm knocking
But you won't open the door
If I feel then I need
If I love then I'm free

All I've wanted
All I've needed
Is everything you're not to me

    General CommentJacob said this:
One night, particularily a Saturday night, a place I was staying also took in foster kids. The girl will remain nameless but her story will remain infamous. She struggled with her mom. And had to not live at home. It became complicated and through one thing or another, her mother made her life a living hell. Night after night they would argue on the phone, and her mother on the phone would drive the girl, to mere insanity. We would sit upstairs. Still. Somber. And listen to her heartbreak. Hear her scream utter insanities, as she would throw the phone across the room, or screaming till her voice owuld break. And crying all night long. Her mother would actuall attempt to convince her she was crazy, she'd actually be 'tied up' and medicated and sedated. Her mother tried to convince her she was crazy. Her life was a wreck. One Saturday night, she broke, she cried all nigght long. Broken. I sat upstairs. In the middle of winter, listening to her heartbreak. I could take it. I had to let it out. I went to my room, and cried myself for hours. Got up. And hey. It’s just another Saturday.

General CommentI love this song! I love Hedley! I love Jacob! I usually get bored very easily with the music I listen to, but this song is so different because Hedley is different! They aren't like the music people hear now-a-days. They have their own sound and that's why I would never EVER get bored of Hedley. I love them they are sexiliciously crazy cool and that is a good thing or else I wouldn't be saying it... lol... So yeah! The whole conclusion is I love Hedley and I will never be bored as long as I get my daily dose of Hedley songs and videos! :D (m*_*(m) *thinks, "MMMMMM..... Hedley"*

General CommentWow, Gotta love the song but the lyrics here aren't quite correct... typed up from the book in the CD

    believe me
    it's easy
    to scream when you're dreaming
you wonder what's under your bed when you're sleeping.
    they beat you.
    and blame you
for all that you went through
but hey it's just another saturday.
    it's only just another saturday.

    i love you.
    i need you.
    like a thousand times before.
    wonder why i hate you.
but i'll scream and ask for more.
    i only wanted your attention
at least the hate is some connection
but hey, it's just another saturday

    believe me,
    it's easy
    to live between the lines.
    when mommy says sorry,
    over a thousand times.
    you're tied up
    you're cried up.
    you gotta get outta here
but hey it's just another saturday.
    it's only just another saturday.

    i love you.
    i need you.
    like a thousand times before.
    wonder why i hate you.
but i scream and ask for more.
    i only wanted your attention
at least the hate is some connection
if i feel, then i need
if i love, then i'm free
    then i'm free

you make a mess of me
you make a mess of me

    i love you.
    i need you.
    like a thousand times before.
    wonder why i hate you.
but i scream and ask for more.
    i only wanted your attention
at least the hate is some connection
but hey it's just another saturday, another saturday
    it's only just another saturday.
    another saturday and i'm free
    and i'm free
    and i'm free
    and i'm free

General CommentTotally.Moi - the lyrics typed at the beggining arent wrong, they are the original lyrics from the original band members, when the band members changed some of the lyrics to the songs did as well.
