"Triumph of a Heart" as written by and Bjork Gudmundsdottir....
The nerves are sending shimmering signals
All through my fingers, the veins support
Blood that gushes impulsively towards

The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all
The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all

The stubborn trunks of these legs of mine
Serve as pathways for my favorite fuel
Heading upwards towards my kidneys

The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all
The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all

Smooth, soft, red, velvety lungs
Are pushing a network of oxygen joyfully
Through a nose, through a mouth but all enjoys, all enjoys

The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all
The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all
The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all
The triumph of a heart that gives all, that gives all

General Commenti can't believe that this song is made up of nothing but human voices and sounds. bjork is a genius.

General Commentcertain parts of this song hint towards sex, like
    "The stubborn trunks
    Of these legs of mine
    Serve as pathways
    For my favourite fuel "

    she really is genius.

General CommentBjork isnt the genius (in this case anyway, I know little if nothing of her previous work), it's Mike Patton doing everything but the lyrics posted here.

General CommentMike Patton is not featured on this track - it's Dokkaka, Gregory Purnhagen, Rahzel and Björk. And while Pattons contributions on tracks such as 'Where Is The Line' and 'Pleasure Is All Mine' are awesome, he was not really involved in the songwriting process.

General Commentwell, I was speaking of the lyrics either way, and Bjork's music wouldn't be genius without her singing them.

General CommentI love this song! At the moment (meaning sometime in the future, another of her spngs will become my favourite [it always happens]) this is my favourite song! I love her voice, the sounds, the lyrics, everything.

The song is just so simple as well: it is comprised of her singing about the human body and how everything works together by the heart; it's saying what a good organ the heart is - It also saying about love and the amazing power of the 'emotional' heart.
