"Show Me Forgiveness" as written by and Bjork Gudmundsdottir....
Show me forgiveness
For having lost faith in myself
And let my own interior up
To inferior forces

The shame is endless
But if soon start forgiveness
The girl might live

General CommentShe's angry at herself for telling other people about her problems.
"And let my own interior up
    To inferior forces"
The inferior forces are either the people she confided in, or the urge she had to speak about how she was feeling.

She feels weak and vulnerable because she couldn't deal with her issues by herself and now other people know about her problems.

General CommentI think what I find most amazing about this song is that it's entirely acapella, there is only one voice, no editing, no special affects. It's a solemn apology, showing yourself bare and stripping away all the masks.

General Commenton the iTunes Originals album version her voice sounds at its best & totally, miraculously unsupported.

General CommentThe speaker realizes she has been involved in some bad stuff, but has come clean about it. Her actions and their resulting shame were so destructive that she merely wants the forgiveness from friends and family in order to stay alive.
