It has occured to me
The reason for my apathy
You think that I don't give a shit
It's just the opposite

Loss of humanity
Suffering and atrocities
I'm gonna join the fight
Let's get this party started tonight

Something's always someone's problem
Problems never seem to end
Sometimes they just have to end

Front page, people in a rage
Trapped in their world like monkeys in a cage
I'm building a bomb, I am, I'm building a bomb
Don't cry like you weren't gonna die
If we all go at once we won't have to say goodbye
I'm building a bomb, I am, I'm building a bomb

I gotta get me some
Weapons grade uranium
There's a couple little things
That stand between me and my dreams

And when we're dead and gone
No one left to carry on
Who's the first to buy the farm
The list's as long as my arm

Front page, people in a rage
Trapped in their world like monkeys in a cage
I'm building a bomb, I am, I'm building a bomb
Don't cry like you weren't gonna die
If we all go at once we won't have to say goodbye
I'm building a bomb, I am, I'm building a bomb
BOOM

    General CommentThis song is incredible!

The Vandals are one of the few punk bands still relevant for after decades

General CommentI f*n love this song, it expresses the love/hate felt by the songwriter toward humanity. Sometimes, I feel exactly this way, you want to blow the world to shit, just end it all, you explode from the inside out, and you just want to watch it all blow up infront of you.

Some days, you wake up and think, wow, humanity, we are going to go places, some days, you wake up and think, we are the most useless vile species on the planet and we should be eliminated.

    That is all
