Daddy where did you go
When I was 5 years old
My new born sister left crying in her crib
And now it's the shiny blade
And slicing not to make my heart or relationship to you

I have become the bastard son
The bitch of everyone
The failure I've become

No one thinks it's so bad to go to hell
You're all right so better leave it well
These words are running through my mind
Little black and art drawn kids
Just look at what you did
Just another bastard son like me

I have become the bastard son
The bitch of everyone
The failure I've become

I have become the bastard son
The bitch of everyone
The failure I've become

You failed all of your kids
And eternity of blind hate
Both from your diamond rings
And the souls you smoke
Mock your face in hell

Life
They're coming back to life
They're coming back to life
They're coming back to me

The revenge of a 5 year old boy

Life
Coming back to life
Coming back to life
Coming back to me

The revenge of a 5 year old boy

Life

Pretty decent song, but I don't like it as much as their other stuff.

General Commenti'm surprised nobody has said much on this song. buddy nielsen was raised w.o a dad. so he was a bastard. this song is about his experiances growing up without a father and how its hurt him. obvisouly the dad had more kids, and took no repsonibilty for any of them.

General CommentI am also a bastard, and it is an acturate representation of life without a father figure, and the bitterness felt towards the father.

General CommentI've got both cd's and this song is not on either of them. It's only on the DVD that comes with Let It Enfold You. I don't understand why they didn't just put it on the CD. Good song either way.

General Commentone of my favorite Senses Fail songs. i really like the guitar part that starts right before "you failed all of your kids" and ends after "mock your face in hell". thats my favorite part of the song.

General CommentGreat song by Senses Fail. If you know anything about Buddy Neilson you would come to find out that he was raised without a father. Thats why I think this song was written about his personal feelings towards his father. You can tell he still has alot of hate for his father and he conveys that. But Buddy is great because he saying that yeah, i am a bastard but at least i didn't leave my family behind or betray them.

General CommentThis song actually reminds me of both my parents. My dad left before I was born and was never around much. My mom didn't want a son, especially one that reminded her of her ex husband, so she never treated me to well. When I was in 2nd she left me with my grandparents and I haven't seen her in almost 8 years. I was fine for awhile but lately I've resented her more and more.
