"Tomorrow's Dream" as written by and Terrence Butler Frank Iommi....
Well I'm leaving tomorrow at daybreak
Catch the fastest train around nine
Yes I'm leaving the sorrow and heartaches
Before it takes me away from my mind

Send me love and I may let you see me
Send me hopes that can spin in my head
But if you really want me to answer
I can only let you know when I'm dead

When sadness fills my days
It's time to turn away
And then tomorrow's dreams
Become reality to me

So realize I'm much better without you
You're not the one and only thing in my heart
I'll just go back to pretending I'm living
So this time I'm gonna have to depart

General Commenti think he will stay though... hes just pretending he is leaving, and saying to himself hes gotta go, but that is usually what people never do, even when they know it is the right thing to be done

General CommentI believe Ozzy had a girlfriend and she was pretty much the one in his heart. When Sab's gotten really popular ('roud '71-'72), Ozzy has found a new love in drugs (perhaps cocaine or something) so much he couldn't let go.His girlfriend was not #1 in his heart anymore. Their relationship suffered because of that love of amphetamines. At the end, he decided to tell his girlfriend "we have to part ways".

General CommentI like the interpretation of apenas_1_inaciao very much! It makes sense if you look at those lines: "You're not the one and only thing in my heart" but still very important!
"So this time I'm gonna have to depart " this sounds to me like he had planed to depart a thousend times before, will he do it this time?

General CommentThis is a great, underrated Sabbath song. Awesome drumbeat and guitar riff.
Im guessing its about a relationship problem. It could also be talking to God, and its about suicide,or a passive wish for death, and losing faith.
Also, i thought the last verse is "this time im going to have the star part"- listen to it, maybe some Crowleyesque allusion.

General Commenti think this is about folding when you know the hand you have been dealt is shitty and there is no hope in making it work or changing someones mind so you decide to pack up and start a new life somewhere new

General Commentthis one is about finally deciding to stop the drug addiction.
but somehow I think, you can never get clean from it...
it will find a way to crawl back to you
