A bleack sea of agony

The Skies are blackening
What was will never be
Sent out into the sea
My sails won't carry me

Lack of worth is all I know
This guilt out of control
The ocean crashes down again
A black sea drowning me

I close my eyes and pray for the end
Pray for the end

A black sea of agony

Wind blows out of control
Unrelated unrelenting
Alone I drift off again
Diminishing the pain
Take away my sanity
This vessels shielding all I see

Block out all the thoughts of inner rage
Protect me from myself

I close my eyes and pray for the end
Pray for the end

A black sea of agony

Impassable
Screaming
Impassable
Visionless
Screaming in oblivion

A bleack sea of agony

Impassable
Screaming
Impassable
Visionless
Impassable screaming in oblivion

I close my eyes
and pray for the end

    General CommentPart 2.

A different pace than the last song. The last song is to express the sadness, the second expresses the anger & resentment as well as the woe.

The "Black Sea of Agony" is a metaphor for his memories which bind him to his current state of mind.

    "The ocean crashes down again
    A black sea drowning me"

-Him being set into the ocean is him lifing his normal life full of spite. The ocean crashes down when he remembers something ill-starred again. It drowns him because it's all consuming. A sea, vast & wide, a sea that's never ending.

    "Alone I drift off again"
-Can't hurt myself if I'm alone, no one to hurt, no one to hurt me, no ill memories anymore.

    "Take away my sanity"
-Too much to take, I cannot hold on, so if I give up my mind (my conscience) I can forget.

"Block out all the thoughts of inner rage
    Protect me from myself"
-The thoughts conspire due to the way he's been treated in life. Protect him from who he is now because he has so much hate, so much that he can no longer control... He has lost who he was.

"I close my eyes & pray for the end"
-Could be death, could be the end of the sea (the memories). He's looking for answers... But, the sea is too much for him.

He's given up because it seems fruitless... Now all he wants is relief.
