And I awoke
Only to find my arms were empty
Through this night it seems that you were with me
And now my dreams are not what they're meant to be
And I'm alone, alone
And I am alone, alone
And I am alone, alone
And I am alone, alone

I'm afraid of sleeping 'cause of the way you haunt me
And I know you can make me fall apart so softly
And now you turn away so easily
And leave me all alone
And leave me all alone
And leave me all alone

    And I awoke
Only to find THAT my arms were empty
Through this night it seems that you were with me
And now my dreams are not what they're meant to be
    AND I AWOKE ALONE
    AND I AWOKE ALONE
    AND I AWOKE ALONE
    AND I AWOKE ALONE

I'm afraid of sleeping 'cause of the way you haunt me
I know you can make me fall apart so softly
And now you turn away so easily
    And leave me all alone
    And leave me all alone
    And leave me all alone

General Comment:Actually. I believe it's "And I am all alone." instead of "And I awoke alone." It seems like it would fit in more with the last three lines.

General Comment:Right, i think that song is about Dallas missing a loved one such as a girlfriend. He dreams about her at night and it seems real but when he awkwakens she's not there and he feels as though his dreams are being taken over by his lover maybe?
He's afraid of sleeping because he'll see her there, then wake up and be alone again.
    does this make sense? :S

General Comment:these lyrics are like way wrong.
    its actually:

I awoke, only to find my lungs empty
Through the night, so it seems I'm not breathing
And now my dreams are nothing like they were meant to be
    And I'm Breaking Down
    I think I'm breaking down

And I'm afraid to sleep because of what haunts me
Such as living with the uncertainties
They'll never find the words to say
    Which would completely explain
    Just how I'm breaking down

Someone come, Someone come and save my life
Maybe I'll sleep when I am dead
But now its like the night is taking up sides
With all the worries that occupy the back of my mind
Could it be? This misery will suffice

I've become, the simple souvenir of someone's guilt
Like the sea, I'm constantly changing from calm to ill
Madness fills my heart and soul
As if the great divide could swallow me whole
    Oh, how I'm breaking down

Someone come, Someone come and save my life
Maybe I'll sleep when I am dead
But now its like the night is taking up sides
With all the worries that occupy the back of my mind
Could it be? This misery will suffice

Someone come, Someone come and save my life

Someone come, Someone come and save my life

Someone come, Someone come and save my life
Could it be? This misery will suffice
