"Dirty Little Thing" as written by Keith Nelson, Matt Sorum, Scott Weiland, Duff 'rose' Mckagan, Saul Hudson, Anthony Newton and Peter Franklin....
Can't stop thinking must of been tripping this evening
My mind is racing demons and all of my feelings are numb

Yeah and when I roll with my head in the wind
And I feel like the king of the
Dead men wishing they had gotten together with you girl
But you're a dirty little liar with a message of obsession to come

You got your head in the clouds and your world's upside down
Get away from the life you're living
Get away from the man that's stealing your life
Get away from the drugs you're taking
Get away from the film of sex in your life

Can't stop drinking I'm cold kicking and bleeding
The wine is numbing feelings and all of my memories are gone

Yeah and when I roll with my head in the wind
And I feel like the king of the
Dead men wishing they had gotten together with you girl
But you're a dirty little liar with a message of obsession to come

You got your head in the clouds and your world's upside down
Get away from the life you're living
Get away from the man that's stealing your life
Get away from the drugs you're taking
Get away from the film of sex in your life

General CommentDuff said this song is about Paris Hilton. I don't know if that was said by a joke, but it makes sense.
Drugs, sex, a man thats "stealing your life"... sounds like Miss. Hilton.

General CommentIt is actually about Paris Hilton. Slash was at a party one night and they were all watching the Paris Hilton video tape and she showed up to the party unanounced. The band was not formed at that point but that is what sparked this song.

General CommentI think he was probably joking, but you never know...
This album seems too personal and serious for Scott for them to write about Paris though.

General CommentOh my God, I saw this video at like, 3:00 AM the other day. And, because I'm so uninformed, I thought I had fell asleep and was dreaming or something... I didn't know there was one... I felt really really really dumb.

General CommentI thought that it was about your cliched 'rock chick' who sleeps with the musicians and does the drugs etc. and this guy is kinda feeling bad cos hes realised that she is better than that and he wants to help her but can't. butttttt.... thats just me :)

General CommentUmmm no offence aicdirt27 and TREXOR but if you have nothing better to do with your time than look up the songs you don't like and bitch about them on the internet than you must have pretty sad lives. And musically you don't know what your talking about velvet revolver kicks arse combine one of the greatest guitarists of all time and scott weiland and what could go wrong. GO GET LIVES

General Commenti was merely saying my opinion of the song, its not gonna be agreed with by everyone but thats fine..if your a velvet revolver fan thats great..i think that STP AND GNR were heads and tails above this and this band is at best decent, its a garbage to me and if i wanna say that i will, just as you can say the rule..i think that your way to defensive
