"Blood in Alphabet Soup" as written by and John K. Wozniak....
I think I'll tell a friend
Just to let 'em in on a secret I know
No, I better not
I'm too paranoid to let anyone know

I'm feeling so proud
I can spell blood in alphabet soup
Can you?

No, sorry so sorry
I'm the only one
I'm the only one
I'm the only one
Ha ha ha ha ha
And you will never know
You will never know
You will never know
Ha ha ha ha ha
I'm feeling so proud
I can spell blood
In alphabet soup
Can you?

I think I'll tell a friend
Just to let 'em in on a secret I know
There there's blood in alphabet soup

General CommentThe impression that I got from this song was that he found something out, kinda sensed something that was wrong with something that's usually good (sort of like trouble in paradise). I think he's going crazy in a way, in keeping the news to himself, but he can't decide if he should tell anyone.

General CommentI feel like this song was written for me. No idea what he means, but it fits in with how I feel perfectly.

General CommentA kid that Woz knew said he could spell love in his alphabet soup, and he used it as inspiration

General CommentThis song sounds alot like "Even In His Youth" by Nirvana. But still, it's a pretty good track. Marcy Playground should be more known.

As for the meaning, L Hodges nailed it.

General CommentI think this song is talking about how there's something more (for lack of a better word) evil(blood)- in something innocent and childish(alphabet soup) and also about keepig it a secret because he's paranoid if that makes any sense whatsoever lol just figured I'd throw in my ten cents and confuse us both
