"Blister" as written by Sergio Vega, Tom Capone, Walter Arthur Schreifels and Alan Cage....
River inside me
Like mud it flows
Eyes burning brightly
The creaking of the door
Was it the bastard cousin of Jesus?
Does he sit at your right hand?
Was it the jealous touch of the devil?
Or was he God inside a man

Every mother is a whore
Every father is a war
You take any port in a storm
Any road that gets you home

Holding on tightly
Howling at the moon
I know she heard you crying
As he put a blister in your womb

Did it hurt more letting him in
Or giving birth to a sin?

General CommentI think this could be about a girl getting raped. Possibly by her father. Maybe this all happened while the mother was there or even just knew about it.
Then getting pregnant and having the baby.

General CommentI think in some Interview they said that it's about a friend the singer had in his early years. She was abused by her father and when she couldn't take it anymore, she hung herself by her dog's chain. He was the one to find her with the dog still running below her feet... and he kinda works on these memories in that song.
