"Wait" as written by Brian Craddock, David Michael Nadolski and Brandon Scott Sidebottom....
Something's wrong,
Trying to conquer these fears I thought were gone.
And it's been so long, I'm dying to live in a world I don't belong

I can't wait for someone to hear me,
And wait for someone to touch me.
And wait forever to be told,
I'm forever alone.

I can't wait for someone to feel me,
And wait for someone to heal me.
And wait forever to be told,
I'm forever alone.

On my own,
I'll show myself what it means to be alone.
And the tears I cry are washed away.
All the scars are my disguise.

I can't wait for someone to hear me,
And wait for someone to touch me.
And wait forever to be told,
I'm forever alone.

I can't wait for someone to feel me,
And wait for someone to heal me.
And wait forever to be told,
I'm forever alone.

I'm forever alone.
I'm forever alone.
I'm forever alone.

I, I'm not waiting here this time.

I can't wait for someone to hear me.
And wait for someone to touch me
And wait forever to be told,
I'm forever alone.

I can't wait for someone to feel me
And wait for someone to heal me
And wait forever to be told
I'm forever alone.

General CommentSuprised not many people have commented on this song.
To me the song is talking about the realization of being alone and that waiting for another person to lift you up high is pointless.

General CommentI think the song has a lot to do with someone who feels like they're suck in living in an emotional state of limbo. The kind of thing that happens when you've been hurt so bad by something that your own scars block you from being capable of feeling anything anymore. Your own fears block you from opening up, you hide behind them, so that no one else can ever really see you or "touch" you. When that happens, you really are alone.

General CommentI heard this song about a month or two ago and loved it. I cant believe no one else has really written anything about it. I guess the song is really self-explanatory and sums up alot of shit that people go through. Its a great song and i hope more people start listening to it.

    General CommentThis song doesn't really require much analysing. We need songs like it once in a while. The fact that it's just plain awesome doesn't hurt either ^^;

General Commentyeah i kinda take that message too. how he inevitably knows he will die alone, so why wait for something that is never gonna come?

General Commentsorry for the double post, i just thought of something. when he says
"i cant wait for someone to touch me"
does he mean "i cant wait" as in he doesnt have time to sit and wait for someone or does he mean he is anticipating and excited about it? i think it is the latter of the two, but give me your opinion.
