"O.K. With My Decay" as written by and J Lytle....
I woke up Tuesday morning
To coming down
Without a sound
Coming back down

The pressure put upon me
It goes and goes
Til it thinks it got me
It tries and tries
As it might to trick me
To breaking back down

I'm OK
In truth I say
I'm OK
In truth I say
I'm OK
With my decay
I have no choice
I have no voice
I have no say
On my decay
I have no choice
So I'll rejoice

I'm OK
With my decay
I have no choice
I have no voice
I have no say
On my decay
I have no choice
So I'll rejoice

I'm OK
I'm OK
I'm OK
I'm OK
I'm OK
I'm OK

General CommentYes, depressing, but at the same time you have to admire the honesty. And all of us have to admit that we have felt that way at one time or another: powerless to change your life, you embrace the thought that you're in a bad place and thus stop worrying about it.

It's a little like Nietzsche said, "The thought of suicide is a great consolation: by means of it one gets successfully through many a bad night."
