"Standby (Looks Like Rain)" as written by and Jim Matheos Kevin Moore....
So you sold me out so you sold your brother out again. The sun shines all the time and my grass is always green and people don't seem to mind when I don't say what I mean. >From this far away it kind of looks like rain get black inside it's coming down. Now let me ask everyone to just standby for a moment here. Here are the marks. Good. It may look good it certainly feels unnatural. From this far away it kind of looks like rain get black inside its coming down.

General Commentwhat a great way to end a great album !!!!!!
Matheos and Moore make a great team!!!

I think the song is about someone being betryed by another person in any way.. but this person (the betrayed) is saying that theres always tomorrow (the sun always shines) and I'm always gonna be the good open persn that I am (my grass is always green!).
Not really sure about the other lines but I think that most of the lyrics on OSI reflects Kevin's simple charecter and personality.

My InterpretationThis album is surely influenced by 9/11.

We know that governments easily play with people's lives and manipulate us!

"The sun shines all the time and my grass is always green and people don't seem to mind when I don't say what I mean." ~ this can be a good description of a politician. They have protected lives and they easily lie and many people don't care for the truth.
