"Poem" as written by Jarrod Douglas Montague, Michael Frederick De Wolf, Philip M. Lipscomb and Stephen Steele Richards....
Overbearing panic attack entrenching my veins
In an hour I'll be OK I pray that this pain will go away permanently someday
I've seen more than I should have to I've seen this on my own

This song is a poem to myself it helps me to live
In case of fire break the glass and move on into your own, your own

Reoccurring drowning effect entrenching my brain
I hope you'll be OK someday so I can say that you moved on in the right way
We've seen this and we've breathed this and we've lived this on our own

This song is a poem to myself it helps me to live
In case of fire break the glass and move on into your own

This song is a poem to myself it helps me to live
In case of fire break the glass and move on into your own, your own

This song is a poem to myself it helps me to live
In case of fire break the glass and move on into your own

This song is a poem to myself it helps me to live
In case of fire break the glass and move on into your own, your own, your own, your own!

General CommentI can't wait for the new cd to come out. This is amazing, I saw it live and it just blew me away. I've been trying to find a bootleg version to rock but alas no luck... It's got radio potential but people will be sitting back rocking out and then be like yeah 'I get it'. It's so pure and it speaks for itself.

General Commentyou ever have that one song that you feel totally describes your life at that moment... and how it's got every single detail in there. this is definatley it for me. sometimes i wonder what in the hell he's thinking about when he sits down and writes... and inevitabley i wonder if its the same thing that i'm feeling. "i've seen more than i should have to i've seen this on my own " describes a lot more then i know i ever could.
