Its kind of obvious about what this song is about.

Its like story..

A couple walking late at night

They get jumped, the guy and the boyfriend fight. She stands back watching not being able to do anything. The guy pulls out a gun and shoots him.

Sad song.. =[ A guy friend of mine send me this song and ask my opinion about the song.I told him its a damn sad song.He just said 'Oh...' Hmm..what? He wants me to imagine myself in this song? I dunno..LOL

they didn't 'get jumped', he inadvertantly got caught in someone else's fight, and she probably wasn't even close enough to do anything, considering all she saw was the gun from "far away"...
