    General CommentIf you've ever been to any of the towns between Erie and Pittsburgh in NWPA, you may understand.

    2nd to Seattle, the largest number of overcast days in a year, in the nation. You can understand why depression and suicide rates are very high in these two areas of the US. Not seeing the sun for 6 months straight is a drag.
