"Crazy Beautiful" as written by and Zachary Walker/hanson Hanson....
Liquid, melancholy dreams
Tell me what it means
'Cause you drive me crazy
Driftwood, won't you float me down your stream?
Tell me what it means

'Cause you drive me crazy
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful

Don't go looking in my eyes tonight
Don't go telling me lies tonight
Don't go promising the skies tonight
When you're crazy
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful

Listen, all I need is you
Won't you tell me what to do?
'Cause you drive me crazy
Baby, is it pulling on your heart?
Is it tearing you apart?

'Cause you drive me crazy
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful

Don't go looking in my eyes tonight
Don't go telling me lies tonight
Don't go promising the skies tonight
When you're crazy
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful

If you don't need me, I think I'll go
If you don't want me, tell me no
If you don't need me, I think I'll go
Oh, oh, oh

Don't go looking in my eyes tonight
Don't go telling me lies tonight
Don't go promising the skies tonight
When you're crazy
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful
'Cause you're crazy beautiful

General CommentAbout a guy in love who is wondering if this girl wants him at all. He wants to know if he should stay, go, or do whatever. The only thing he does know is that he'd do anything she'd ask cause shes crazy/beautiful.

General Commentthis guy loves a girl, but shes kinda leading him on, telling him things and then taking them back, and he just wants an honest answer about whether or not something could happen between them

General Commentthis song is beautiful stripped down to just the piano and the echoing of taylor's voice over and over singing you're crazy beautiful/crazy beautiful. you feel it and you get it. no explanation needed coz that's exactly what it is, it's crazy and it's beautiful.

General CommentHe's having liquid dreams -- but they're melancholy -- because he doubts she'll let him float his driftwood down her stream. Tell me what it means. Because you're crazy!

General Commentheh, the first time I heard this song was on some dodgy old stereo at work, and i seriously though it was a U2 track!!
I could not believe it was Hanson. It just goes to show how many different things the incredible Taylor can do with his voice. The piano is great in this song too.

General CommentThis is one of my favorite Hanson songs. I just absolutely love the electric version on the Underneath album. Taylor really shows his vocal talent in this song, and what he's made of.

I think this is a song about the uncertainty and anxiety at the beginning of a relationship. The guy is nervous, and not really sure if she wants him or not. Because, she's sending mixed signals. It seems to be about the nerves of dating.

To shakespeare109, I don't think anyone really has an answer to that. People have drawn their own conclusions. But, as with most of the songs on Underneath, the song was written around 2001. Which was towards the beginning of his relationship with Natalie, since they started dating in late 2000. I do think it was sweet of him to dedicate it to her. Some people think he wrote it about her, and some think he wrote it, not necessarily with her in mind. It depends on your own perspective. I mean, he still dedicates songs to her, but they're not necessarily about her. I remember him dedicating "I've Been Down" to her at a preview show last year, and he said it was because she just really loved the song.
