"The Gauntlet" as written by and Ryan Clark Don Clark....
I hold you in like a deep breath.
Feel you like the last beautiful touch before a final rest.
I know I'll see you forever.
I want it painted black and red.
It's so beautiful to me, it's everything I see.
It's so beautiful to me, but it's nothing that I need.
And I can't taste anything less.
Every time I'm forced down.
To be with yourself, take all the blood you want.
But not from here.
It's so beautiful to me, it is everything I see.
It's so beautiful to me, but it's nothing that I need.
Not a hand, not a finger.
This is my home.
I'm dying here.
I hide in the corner.
That look on your face, I'm accustomed to it.

Jesus's love is a gift, It's "nothing that we need" but it is something we accept.

General CommentMan such, a well deep meaning song. This song I believe is how we Christians will get to heaven and we who are true to him are sure of it. And we will praise Christ forever and he will love us.

General Commentits about having ot give up things in life, no matter how much we love them, how beautiful they are, if its nothing that we need, even if it is everything to us(like dear life itself) we have to be able to give it up for a greater place

General CommentI mostly agree with Velrex.
I think it is about Physical possessions being beautiful.
    The Playstations.
    The XBox.
    The Cars
It is all so beautiful and it is all everywhere we go.

But we don't need any of it.
In the end they are seeing we just need our Faith.
