"Big World" as written by and Michael Park....
Looked up at the sky tonight
Saw the cold wind breathing through my sight
I thought about my dad tonight
And asked God, "Is he gonna be alright?"

And my mind thinks I can't give enough
And I can't pour enough
And my love is not enough in this big world

Sat and talked to dad today
He told me stories leaving for the states
No time to share my father's time
Just learning who this man is I call dad

And my mind thinks I can't give enough
And I can't pour enough
And my love is not enough in this big world

General CommentTHIS IS THE SADDEST SONG! Every time I hear it I just feel wrecked and I think about my dad. But it's right. My love is not big enough for this big world.

General CommentTotally agree. Mike is a pro at writing songs that cut to the heart. I'm sure I read somewhere (maybe liner notes) that he wrote this about when is Dad got sick, and I guess it's about not showing or your parents not knowing how much they mean to you.

All very non-cryptic. Like I said, Mike says it how it is. Excellent song writer.
