"She's Gonna Break Soon" as written by and Louis James Schaub Christopher Demakes....
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
With so many problems in her life it really comes as no surprise
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break

Welcome to her busy dizzy life
Of going out and getting high
And following all the latest trends
While shedding all her oldest friends
It's been weeks worth of weekends
With fake I.D.s and fake passions of her best friends

She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
With so many problems in her life it really comes as no surprise
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break

She's been thinkin' wishin' she could hide
From the girls with the comments passing by
It's the boys in bars on Friday night
That replace the emptiness inside
She'll be spending her whole weekend
Faking laughs and faking smiles with her fake friends

She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
With so many problems in her life it really comes as no surprise
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break

Promises you made back home
Are crumpled like the goodbye notes
And last night's dirty clothes
Were on the floor next to the phone
And it's been disconnected months ago
No calls from your friends back home
You lost your point of view and now
It's got the best of got the best of got the best of you

She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
With so many problems in her life it really comes as no surprise
She's gonna break soon
Gonna break soon
She's gonna break

General CommentFairly easy to understand what this song means. A girl who is out of control and quite probably depressed "Faking laughs and faking smiles
With her fake friends". She has no direction and wastes her time getting drunk and stoned with people who use her. Probably easy for some people out there to relate to.

General CommentWow, that was pretty condescending. You should try getting drunk and stoned, its a good time.

General Commentthe meaning i get from the song is the girl going away to college and getting caught up in what it takes to be "cool"...she drinks, gets stoned and tries to get laid cos its considered cool by the majority. she has the sort of friends where "beng cool" and doing "cool things" matters, not who the person is inside. her old friends who accepted her as she was without all the pretence she's cut off, in order to fit in with her new 'friends'. but everything about her now is fake, and thats why "shes gonna break" - shes pretending to be someone she isnt, and cant keep it up much longer.

General CommentIt's abut a girl with so many problems in her life, that she feels like she gonna break, IMHO one of the best LTJ songs.

General Commenti cand def relate to what mjstokes said about the drinking and smoking weed and people using u. it starts out as just good fun, but it can wear u out to the point where the only friends u have are just there for the party.

General CommentThis one of my least favorite less than jake songs. It was so generic. They've gone downhill. Their last album was still pretty good.

General Commentit is generic but I can relate to the message of partying and drugs leading to a break down. reality is for those that cant handle drugs
