"Home" as written by P. B. Lianmawia, H. S. Lalruatliana, Rosangliana, and Joshua Zoramliana....
Lost in cheap delirium
Searching the neon lights
I move carefully
Sink in the city aquarium
Sing in the key of night
As they're watching me

Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
'Cause lately I've been losing my own

Wrapped in silent elegance
Beautifully broken down
As illusions burst
Too late to learn from experience
Too late to wonder how
To finish first

Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
'Cause lately I've been losing my own

Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
Won't you take me home
Won't you take me home
'Cause lately I've been losing my own
Won't you take me home

General CommentI can't believe no-one has commented on this song yet! Its another Zero7 classic and its beautiful. The way that the misic becomes intense towards the end is great. It reminds me of when I met my boyfriend at the station last week and we played it in the car, Its like the song, he was saving me and protectiong me in a way and thats what I think its about

General CommentTotal lullaby, I love it.

This song is about craving protection and stability after too many years of things rolling into one, staying afloat too hard as a singular.

General CommentActually Miss Mess. It's actually about finding a place you can call Home. I've seen an interview with the woman who sung/wrote this song, she said she wrote it right after she moved to a new city and that's what it's about.

The end of the ultimate search. Finding warmth, companionship, joy. Ahhh, makes me hope for the development of those feelings in me..
So hungry... Please let me grow to love.. And let { } love me back.

General CommentI'm sure she has a specific meaning & it's pretty obvious, Because I've moved about the globe, I can really relate to the lyrics and the feeling of, not just being new/out of place, but 'losing on my own'. It's one thing to move to a new place and not know anyone. It's another to feel like you've lost a sense of home and aren't sure you can gain it back. She says 'as they're watching me' and 'we can be alone'. She wants to be saved. She's tired of everyone noticing, critiquing her. Anyone ever feel they can't make it on their own?

General CommentI know for a fact that this song is about the trials and tribulations of home-construction.
The line about the 2 x 4's and the 16-penny nails really sums it up for me. Then there's the part about the light fixtures as well as the line about plumbing.

General CommentI love this song..I listened to a live version and her voice is both angelic and haunting at the same time. I just discovered this song and haven't listened to anything else for 3 days. I think it strikes a cord because I'm at a point in my life where I am searching for a place to call my home, learning to coexist in a society that if you don't fit into some kind of social niche, then one can feel very alienated, especially in a generation raised on reality television and wack music. Finally starting to realize I can't do it on my own and we all need human contact if we want our mental health to stay stable, but I also need to find those people who are like minded so that it does feel like home
