"Freedom Fighters" as written by Jason P. Truby, Paul J. Sandoval, Mark Traa Daniels and Noah C. Jr. Bernardo....
Today I heard what them people say
Dem want to live free greedily, with everyone to pay.
You play under the sun while others fight in skies of gray
but I say if you don't like it this way, then why stay? Go away

[(Chorus 1)
ooowoooo
Freedom Fighters
Ignite Jah
ooowoooo
Freedom Fighters
Shine Jah

(Chorus 2)
Live free, Be free, Die free
Freedom Fighters
Live free, Be free, Die free
Ignite Jah
Live free, Be free, Die free
Freedom Fighters
Live free, Be free, Die free
Shine Jah]

Today I heard what them people say
Them say "The Man came in and he took our choice away"
You portray selfishness and hate
While some prepare to die today
I say you fade away, appreciate life and liberate

(Chorus 1 then 2)

[Bridge]
We have the right - to live in peace
and you must fight - for what you keep
If what you keep - holds truth inside
Stand up, defend - lay down and die

We have the right to live in peace
You must fight for what you keep
If what you keep holds truth inside
Stand up, defend, or lay down and die

(Chorus 1 then 2 again)

Live free, Be free
Jah say live free
Jah say die free
Live free, Jah say die free
Live free, Jah say be free
I and I, Live free
I and I, Die free

Stand up, defend or lay down and die[x4]

General CommentI really don't wanna get into politics, but the war in Iraq really had nothing to do with our freedom. Yes, it was good to rid the world of a facist dictator, but we lost many good people because of it. Iraq had little to do with 9/11 and the war on terror is on a still support. Don't be ignorant and generalize anti-war in iraq supports like myself. What Bush did after 9/11 was admirable, but war in Iraq was not needed.

    General CommentBRAVEHEART FTW XD

aha, I loved that film, one of the films that made me really open up to the world.

I just love this song, be ready to fight for your freedom, and if you don't want to fight, then just lay down and die because you've got no point in living without your freedom, I know that sounds harsh but just think about it, if you're gonna be controlled and can't do what you want to do, then why bother in life?

I'm ready for such a thing and I'm glad P.O.D made a song about freedom, you don't see songs about freedom much.
