Your Expecting one well here it comes.
It's all been said it's all been done
This world will never change
So I hope it burns down.
Your Expecting one well here it comes.
It's all been said it's all been done
This world will never change
So I hope it burns down.
I still despise the government
And nothings getting solved
You think your so fucking right
Just think once for yourself.
Try all you want
Nothings getting solved
False hope
I have not changed my views
But every band reports the same news
So let them tell you punks not dead
Maybe they can get ahead
Is that the subject you wanna hear
Nothings changed except the year
I don't wanna repeat someone else's lines.
That's such a waste of time.

General Commentyou're both right. the guy was a REAL dumb ass. it sure does say fuck the world. but I tell ya what fellas, you can't rely solely on the people who submit the lyrics to these sites...cuz they can be gay sometimes. not that there's anything wrong with that...

General CommentI don't quite understand this song because The Unseen make it sound like they're not politically active and like they don't really give a fuck, yet on State of Discontent, the album after this one they're v.politically active. so perhaps they're just talking about a common attitude to politics? plus unseen do sing about a lot of things other bands do, it's only natural, it's v.hard to be unique in the industry so I don't see why they'd be hating on that.
so basically I think this song just reflects a common attitude towards politics and the scene rather than Mark's opinions? eh I dunno.
