"The Undeveloped Story" as written by and Joey Bruce Nathan Young (16578)....
Taking all what others have hassled
Looking back to darker days getting me down
And if this is chaos
I think that I'm in love with clamor
Tides are turning
never understood my undeveloped story
But it makes sense to me, you make sense to me

When it all falls down, I'll still be right here
When it all falls down, we'll still be right here
Once in a lifetime, I could feel this way
Once in a lifetime, you could feel it too

Cancel your black subscription
I'm nowhere near a cigarette
And I'm cut clear as you wander
Past this lonely street and wonder
Dance all night, dance all night
The kids are all here, and we're downtown
We're past the morning glory
It's ten past two
And I'm still working on forty

General CommentThis is a great song, not by any means the best on the album, but a great song none the less.

I totally love the second verse, it's so well written and just...well....great!

The line "when it all falls down, I'll still be right here" is beautiful too, it describes how I feel about my boyfriend. Erm...he's watching me type this so maybe I shouldnt have said that *embarrassed*

General Commenti know anberlin is kind of a christian band but this song always made me think of like morning glory seeds, like Erowids. I mean if you look at it that way it makes sense. The first time you do it, its like the best time and after that its not as much of an effect.

General Commenti think this song is so beautiful, especially the line "once in a life time, i could feel this way, once in a life yime, you could feel it too". it so amazing, coz, to me, it means that once in a life time we can feel a certain way for someone, and we're wishing that someone else will feel the same...

well thats my opinion anyways =]

General Commenti used to skip over this song when i first bought the album back in '03, but five years later, i am just now paying attention to this song and i realize how amazing it really is.
