"Magnum Opus" as written by and Phil/hope Ehart....
This foolish game, oh it's still the same
The notes go dancin' off in the air
And don't you believe it's true, the music is all for you
It's really all we've got to share
'Cause rockin' and rollin', it's only howlin' at the moon
It's only howlin' at the moon

General CommentMikachu may be right about the song's unlived potential for being a hit, But is absoulutely wrong about the lack of lyrics. Magnum Opus' Very few lyrics are powerful and beautiful. It doesn't need more, because the music speaks for itself. A lot of moods and feelings are portrayed in this song that would be impossible to describe in meer verbals. Beautiful song. One of my favorites.

General CommentHow does this song have no comments? It's famous... or infamous, depending on which side you're on. Personally, I think this is one of their very best songs. Not sure on the lyrics though. Not a lot of them for a 8 1/2 minute song...

General CommentMikachu is right. This song is a good song but it's just not one of their hits.

I think Kansas needed more luck. Their songs are outstanding. They need to be given more credit for their work.
