This thing called life isn’t justified.

I’ve realized that handouts are not for me

The man who sees the glass half full instead of empty

Perhaps my pockets won’t be filled with green
For in the river of wealth no hands are clean
Hands full of riches by any mean
Paths which to me seem to be far too obscene

When the time comes that I’m old and gray
I’ll want to look back on my life and say
I’m damn proud I decided to play
The game of life the right way.
