When I thought of devoting myself entirely to you, my God, it was I that wished to do it, and i that wished not to do it. It was I. And since I neither completely wished, nor completely refused, I fought against myself and tore myself to pieces.

--St. Augustine of Hippo

General Commenti'm sorry if this ruffles anyone's feathers...but these are not lyrics to a song. this is a quote by St. Augustine that Cool Hand Luke put in their cd sleeve thing for the "i fought against myself" record. this also explains why they named their cd what they did (incase anyone was wondering).

General CommentI saw that it said st augustine of hippo in the cd case, but i have never heard of this st augustine, so i figured it was something that the drummer guy or one of the other band members made up, I guess it wasn't them...
